How it works

The four projectors shine a 
pattern of 8 green lights on the 
cornea which the examiner uses 
to align the instrument for 
measurement. 

There is a red fixation light which 
projects along the optical axis 
of the instrument and out the 
central projection window onto 
the cornea.  This light is not only 
for the patient to fixate on, but 
also an alignment target for the 
examiner.
